Each account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your 163jili account to any third party. 163jili reserves the right to verify that the person using an account is the registered account holder at any time.
163jili accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
By depositing funds into your 163jili account, you declare that the funds are lawfully obtained and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. 163jili reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your wallet balance within sixty (60) seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer processing times may vary according to the policies of the relevant financial institution. 163jili does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transaction charges.
Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited. 163jili may suspend an account and withhold funds pending investigation if it identifies that a third-party payment method has been used. All payment methods must be registered to the account holder.
163jili is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests:
Withdrawals are permitted only after successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have claimed a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing the bonus funds or winnings derived from those bonus funds. Real-money deposits that have not been used to fulfill a wagering requirement may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 163jili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards belonging to someone else, or accounts that do not match the registered account holder's identity.

Where an account is suspended due to a player's breach of these Terms, 163jili may withhold wallet balances pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited to the extent permitted by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Where no breach is found, funds will be returned to the player.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 163jili support. Voluntary closures resulting from a responsible gaming concern are treated as self-exclusion requests under Section 10.
163jili is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. The following process applies to all disputes:
Before escalating any dispute, players are required to first contact 163jili's customer support via live chat, providing a clear description of the issue, the relevant game or transaction reference numbers, and the desired resolution. 163jili's support team will endeavor to resolve informal disputes within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may submit a formal written complaint to 163jili's compliance team. Formal complaints will be reviewed within fifteen (15) business days and a written response provided. Formal complaint submissions must include: the registered account username, the nature of the dispute, all relevant transaction or game round reference numbers, and any supporting documentation.
If a dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, players have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. 163jili fully cooperates with PAGCOR investigations and accepts PAGCOR's decision as binding in matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for all purposes relating to these Terms.
163jili operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All operations, player protections, and game fairness standards are subject to PAGCOR regulations, which take precedence over these Terms where any inconsistency exists.
163jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
